TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Spinners Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service L.L.C ("Spinners," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our application or website.

2. Services Offered

Spinners provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, and related services, including pickup and delivery through our online platforms. The scope of services includes:

• Laundry & Dry Cleaning
• Luxury Dry Cleaning
• Shoe & Bag Restoration
• Express and Quick Order Services

All services are provided in accordance with the operational availability of our stores and service areas.

3. Account Registration

To use our mobile app or website, customers must register using a valid mobile number.

A One-Time Password (OTP) verification is required to authenticate the account.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Spinners reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Service Areas

Our services are available only in designated serviceable locations. If your entered pickup or delivery address is outside our service radius, the system will display a message stating:

"Service is not available in your selected location."

Orders cannot be placed outside our operational areas.

5. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed through the mobile application, website, or WhatsApp ordering system.

You may choose between Normal Orders (with service/item selection) or Quick Orders (no item selection required).

Express Delivery can be selected for faster turnaround, subject to additional charges (e.g., 30% of total service cost).

Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Wallet, or Payment Gateway (if enabled).

For Quick Orders, a fixed Quick Order Service Charge (configured by Spinners) will apply at the time of order placement.

All prices displayed are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

6. Promotions, Referral & Wallet

Customers can use promo codes during checkout, subject to a minimum order value. Example message:

"Promo code can only be applied for orders above AED XXX."

Only one promo code can be applied per order.

Referral Program: When a new user registers with your referral code, both the referrer and referee receive AED credits in their wallet as configured by the admin.

Wallet balances can be used for future orders but cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.

Spinners reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions or referral schemes at any time.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel orders before the pickup is completed by the driver.

Once the order is picked up, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Any applicable refund will be:

• Credited to wallet instantly (if wallet payment was used).
• Returned to the same payment method within 2 working days (if paid via card or payment gateway).

Refunds are processed automatically; no manual refunds will be provided.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Spinners takes utmost care in handling your garments.

In rare cases of damage or loss, the store will report the issue, and you will be notified via the app.

Customers can view the damage report and attached photo in the Order Details page.

Compensation or refunds will be processed as per company policy and reviewed case-by-case.

Spinners' liability for any damaged or lost item shall not exceed five times the cleaning charge for that item.

9. Delivery Policy

Customers can choose between doorstep delivery or direct handover delivery.

If Cash on Delivery payment is pending, doorstep delivery will not be allowed until payment is settled.

Drivers will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability, or security restrictions.

Express orders will be delivered within the shorter timeline set by the admin; a surcharge applies.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and address details.
• Ensure garments are properly inspected before pickup.
• Refrain from submitting items with valuables or hazardous materials.
• Make payments promptly according to the selected method.
• Collect delivered items within the specified time window.

11. Limitation of Liability

Spinners shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

Spinners is not responsible for:

• Color fading due to manufacturer defects or pre-existing damage.
• Shrinkage or texture changes from normal cleaning processes.
• Items left unclaimed beyond 30 days from delivery notification.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content displayed on the Spinners app or website are the exclusive property of Spinners Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service L.L.C.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Termination of Service

Spinners reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Refuse service to any customer who misuses the platform or engages in fraudulent activities.
• Modify or discontinue the service temporarily or permanently for maintenance or updates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
